The district of the beaches of the South is a very pleasant tourist sector of Cannes. It is located just after the old port, a stone's throw from the city center and the Palais des Festivals. Appartement idéalement placé , de beaux volumes bref nous conseillons . Attention les places de parking sont petites mais il est possible de se garer dans une rue proche. Propreté irréprochable, et surtout une vue extraordinaire.

Vue magnifique et situé à 5 minutes à pied des plages. En revanche la place de parking n'est qu'un leurre, c'est le premier arrivé qui est servi et il n'y en pas pour tout le monde. Je n'ai pas pu me garer une seule fois dans le parking en 1 semaine...je recommande néanmoins ce bien très agréable !

Good equipped Apartment. Perfect for two. Parking is a bit tricky if you got more than a 4 meter car. The small road nearby is an alternative and the area feels safe. Quick walk down to the beach with Restaurants and a bakery. 15 minutes by feet into old town with lots of Restaurants for the evening. Bathroom is not big, but Shower is great. Kitchen needs more attention for details and cleaning. The brand new TV in the living room did not work at all, even if the box was still on the balcony as long with other stuff. Made it look a bit shabby. Curtains for sunshade, but two of them missing. The road in front is much busier than expected, but we got used to it
