Great apartment is a great location
We had a week in this apartment and we found it to be very comfortable and convenient. We loved the terraza which let in the glorious sunshine and had a terrific view of the Cannes sign and the water. The apartment’s location was awesome being about 250m to the market and lots of shops and restaurants and the waterfront very close by. There were a couple of minor maintenance things that needed attention but all in all a terrific stay.

Unfortunately you don't have the air conditioning in the bedrooms, so in august it's impossible to sleep . Also because the neighbours are a little noisy. The position is good, just 10 minutes walk from the Croisette. The apartment is very nice.
